I got over my Glastonbury envy (didn’t get tickets this year) but we very luckily  given the very kind gift of 2 free tickets to see Al Green at the O2 last night last night and he was brilliant. What energy, style and what a voice!

Just saw this bill-poster right outside my studio of the new Zero7  Album artwork that i have recently done. Thought it was a mad coincidence to have the poster up right by the place the artwork was conceived! Will have more about this in the news section soon.

The 21st of June is the  solstice, a day to make wishes and a time to let go of the old and embrace the new. In the words of the beautiful healer, Mary Macnab:

“What the caterpillar calls the end of the world – the Master calls a butterfly” ….”Let the dust of an old cycle leave you. What you choose is on its way”

I really believe in miracles and i have been blessed in my life to continue to experience them. So i continue to wish every solstice and take the time to make a conscious effort to think about what Id like to  let go of in my life, and embrace what is destined to come my way with open arms and an open heart.

So if you have the time on this Monday, Take 5 mins,  look up at the sun, moon or sky and make a wish or 2 or 3! May all your wishes come true.
